We accept the payment with credit card (VISA/ JCB/ MASTER). Sometimes, the transaction will fail due to the rejection by your credit card bank. This may be caused for the international transaction and the bank will refuse the transaction first to avoid the credit card fraud.
All order is charged in NTD. When you pay with the credit card, your bank will reflect the exchange rate for you. Therefore, when you receive the bill, the amount is charged in the local currency whereas the actual exchange rate should be based on your credit card bank.
No exchange service is for the oversea order. For any product which does not meet the requirement, please proceed with the return directly. Please e-mail to the customer service e-mail box for return service within 7 days upon receiving the goods and advise on the purchaser's name and order number. The return process takes 3 workdays to return the payment back to your account. If the payment is made with credit card, it’s possible the return date may exceed your bank closing date so the expense will remain on your credit card bill of the month. The amount will be automatically deducted on the bill of the next month. The return amount should be the amount for the product itself which does not include the freight for delivering at the time.
The return product must be brand-new, including the main product, accessories, pledge card, invoice and external package. Otherwise, your return right will be affected.
If the item you return is incomplete, ex. broken or missing…etc., we will deduct the relevant cost and return the balance amount to your account.
Repair for the oversea order: We can provide the repair service with the back and forth freight at your expense. For repairing the normal defect, you may turn to the bag repair store locally for treatment.
For the customers in Hong Kong and Macau, please especially note that EPACHI will ship the goods via S.F. Express. According to its policy, HK$ 30 surcharge will be applied to shipments collected from or delivered to the non-commercial building or remote area in Hong Kong.
